Doab Collective is an independent music collective based out of Jalandhar, Punjab. We believe in the power of music as a potent tool for catharsis and upliftment, both personal and social. As such, our aims are not purely curatorial. To aspire toward new futures is to imagine them first.

The primary goal at Doab Collective is to empower. Empower our artists, our team and the listeners we are able to touch. Empower them to realign with a parallel system of art distribution and kinship that is human-first. A system that affirms life instead of forsaking it in the name of incessant growth and expansion.

The world demands that we subscribe to logics of cancer and capital. We refuse. There will be many who laugh at our supposed naïveté. If they find us foolish, then perhaps we are doing something right.

We strive to always lead with vulnerability and openness. In doing so, we hope that the art we platform reflects the full spectrum of creativity and the world at large, be that the tragic or the sublime.
